Anne Chatin Consultant in Role Crafting
Anne Chatin began her career in 1985 in the HR department of an IT services company, then at Orange Labs where she specialized in research and development activities at the heart of the group's digital transformation.
She joined SoLocal Group in 1999, where she created the HR development function in charge of careers and skills development as well as occupational health.
Promoted to the Group Strategy Department in 2009, she developed her change management skills by deploying a cross-functional digital collaborative management system throughout the company.
In 2010, within the HR direction, she created the Employer Brand and HR Communication department with the mission of supporting the group's digital transformation and attracting new IT/Web talent.
In 2017, she was appointed HR Director of a Business Unit in charge of Change Management for the group. Over the years, Anne has developed a very solid HR expertise in support of business lines transformation, from retaining talent to developing employee experience.
Placing people at the heart of change management, her approach is oriented towards commitment and sustainable collective performance. Anne favours communication techniques (nonviolent communication, collective agility, mediation) to regulate and cultivate new fruitful, fluid and solution-oriented interactions.
Anne Chatin holds a DESS HR degree (1985), a management certification (HEC Paris 2015), as well as a certification in corporate mediation (IFM 2019).
Anne CHATIN joined Role Crafting in 2018 where she leads missions to support organizational changes and transform businesses, skills and managerial culture in the service of operational excellence.
