Bruno Chaintron Dirigeant in Role Crafting
Bruno Chaintron founded Role Crafting® in 2010 to help Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Investors face their strategy and people challenges. Role Crafting offers solutions to individuals and organizations wanting to develop agility with purpose. Over time, we have built a thorough expertise in organizational design, role transformation and business development.
Bruno Chaintron started his career in 1987 as an international strategy consultant with Bain & Company where he advised Senior Executives on organizational transformation and business development issues for 7 years. He developed value creation strategies for various investment funds, including Bain Capital.
He then served in general management and business development positions in France, in the US and the UK for more than 12 years. As a leader, he managed several organizational development projects, including in the Finance, Technology and Retail Industries. In France, the acquisition and merger of 3 companies led to a multiplication of profit by 5 in 2 years.
Bruno Chaintron started three companies. As an Entrepeneur he opened a subsidiary in Germany, and started a service company in France and in the Silicon Valley.
Before founding Role Crafting, Bruno gained experience in leadership development and coaching as the HR Development Vice President for a large group and as the Executive Director of the Global Leadership Center of a renowned Business School.
Parallel to his professional activity, Bruno wrote a book (Coaching to make change a Pleasure, with a foreword by Michel Crozier) and an INSEAD thesis (Developing Fair Roles in Today’s Corporate World) and contributed papers on Corporate Innovation and on Leadership. He is an HEC Paris (1985) and a twice INSEAD graduate, holding an Executive MBA and an Executive Master in Coaching for Change. He also holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Design from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University.
